Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Easter and Christmas, order processing can take up 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping times

We currently ship from a rural location in South Westland, New Zealand and couriers can often be delayed.

Orders shipped within New Zealand should arrive within 3-5 business days.

Orders shipped internationally should arrive within 7-20 business days. 

International shipping

Please contact us directly for large orders and best rates for international shipping.

We ship internationally using NZ Post and refer to their policies. If requested additional insurance can be purchased. Customs, Import fees, International taxes, charges, and any additional fees are at the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Local pickup

We currently do not offer pickups. In case you are nearby just send us an email and we will try our best to make things happen.
